    Had lunch ordered Orange Flavored Chicken with fried rice. Service not friendly, Floors sticky nasty, and had to get up to get my own napkins and check. Not impressed considering the location.

    MANY years ago I used to frequent the Chopsticks House in Chino. I absolutely LOVED their Chicken Teriyaki Bowl for lunch. Imagine my bliss when I discovered there was another Chopsticks House at the Ontario Mills! We have been going to this restaurant for many years, usually purchasing dinner. The other day I had a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl "attack"! I was not disappointed, ESPECIALLY since I changed to Brown rice. They prepare your order after you order and there are no hot plates or heating lamps.

    This is one of my favorite places to come and eat either pick up or eat inside the restaurant. The only issue I have is when you get an order to go you are fighting to get extra soy sauce and extra hot sauce. I just placed an order I picked it up and I specifically asked for six hot sauces I ordered three dishes or three plates and she only gave me three I asked for at least one more and she said that she already had put some in the bag I told her I asked for 6 and she gave me a face. Whenever the young guy is attending there is no issues. But if it's the short lady as soon as I call it in and I hear her voice I know that I'm going to have an issue. I rather she tell me 25 or 50 cents per extra sauce then not get what I requested.
